COMMON QUESTIONS

Things People Often Ask

What does a first meeting look like? +

A first meeting is informal. You can bring any documents you have — or nothing at all. We will listen to your situation, ask a few straightforward questions, and let you know how we might be able to help. There is no commitment on your part.

What documents should I bring? +

Anything related to your pension is helpful — letters from the fund, statements, identification, and any previous correspondence. If you are not sure what is relevant, just bring what you have. We will help you sort through it together.

How long does each service take? +

Document review is usually complete within one to two weeks. Records and liaison work depends on how quickly third parties respond, but we keep you informed throughout. For appeal matters, timelines vary with each case — we will give you an honest picture from the start.

Can I use your services if I live outside Chiang Mai? +

Yes. Many of our clients communicate with us primarily by phone and email. For document work, documents can be sent electronically or by post. We work to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

What are your fees and how do I pay? +

Our fees are set per service: ฿1,490 for document review, ฿2,580 for records and liaison support, and ฿4,070 for appeal representation. Payment is typically made by bank transfer after we have discussed the scope with you. No hidden additions.

Is my personal information kept private? +

Absolutely. Everything you share with us is treated with strict confidentiality. We will not pass your information to any third party without your knowledge, and we follow Thai data protection practices throughout.
