Three Services,
One Clear Purpose
We work in pension legal support only. These three services cover the most common situations retirees face — from reading a letter to challenging a decision.
Back to HomeOur Approach to Each Engagement
Every matter begins the same way: a conversation. Before we do any work, we take time to understand what you have received, what you are uncertain about, and what outcome would be most useful to you.
We then explain what a realistic scope of work looks like, what the fee will be, and what you can expect to receive at the end. Only when that picture is clear do we proceed.
Throughout the work, we keep you informed without overwhelming you. You do not need to follow up repeatedly to find out what is happening. We write, call, or send a short update when there is something worth telling.
First conversation
We hear your situation, look at any documents you bring, and explain what kind of help might be appropriate.
Scope and fee agreement
We agree in writing what the work covers and what it costs. No surprises, no additions without discussion.
Careful work with updates
The matter is handled methodically, with written updates along the way. You know what is happening.
Written summary or outcome
Every engagement ends with a written record — a summary, a decision, or a filed appeal — something you can keep and refer to.
Document Review & Explanation
Pension documents can arrive with language that is unfamiliar and formatting that does not make it easy to understand what you are entitled to. This service gives you a clear, written account of what the documents actually say.
We read through your documents carefully, identify the key points — your entitlements, any conditions that apply, any deadlines you should be aware of — and write a summary in plain English. We also answer your questions directly.
This service is suited to people who have received a pension letter or statement and are not sure what it means, or who want a second read of documents before making a decision.
GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:
- — You received a pension letter and are unsure what it means
- — You want to understand your entitlements before acting
- — You have been asked to sign something and want clarity first
GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:
- — Your records are held across different employers or funds
- — You find it difficult to follow up with the relevant office
- — You have been waiting for a response with no result
Records & Liaison Support
When pension records are scattered across different funds, periods of employment, or administrative offices, piecing them together can feel like a task with no clear starting point. This service takes that burden from you.
We identify which records are needed, contact the relevant offices on your behalf, and follow up until the documents are obtained. Throughout the process, we write to you with plain-language updates so you know what has been received and what is still pending.
Timelines here depend on third-party response times, which we cannot fully control — but we follow up persistently and keep you informed at each stage.
Review & Appeal Representation
When a pension decision has been made and you believe it is incorrect, you may have the right to request a formal review or to appeal the outcome. This is a different kind of engagement — more structured, more involved — and we approach it with steady, careful preparation.
We assess your situation first, to understand whether an appeal is appropriate and what the realistic possibilities are. If the matter is worth pursuing, we handle the document preparation, submission, and any required follow-up communication with the authority involved.
Each matter is assessed on its own facts. We do not take on appeals we do not believe have a reasonable basis — that would not serve you well.
GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:
- — A pension decision has been made that you believe is wrong
- — You have been denied a benefit you expected to receive
- — You need someone to represent your position formally

How We Maintain Quality
Strict confidentiality
All client documents and communications are handled with full confidentiality, in line with Thai personal data legislation.
Regulatory compliance
Our advisers are registered with the Thai Bar Association. Our practices comply with the relevant legal and professional standards.
Documented process
Every matter is documented from first conversation to final outcome. Nothing is done verbally without a written record to follow.
Plain-language communication
Every document we produce for a client is written in clear, everyday English — not legal language designed to impress rather than inform.
Realistic timelines
We give honest timelines based on the nature of the work and the third parties involved — not optimistic estimates to secure the engagement.
No scope creep
If additional work is needed beyond what was agreed, we discuss it and agree a new scope and fee before doing anything further.
Not sure which service fits?
A short first conversation usually makes it clear. We will listen, ask a few questions, and let you know honestly which service — if any — would be most useful.
